Product Overview

Good food gives us good mood. Goodlife gives us their frozen Vegetable Protein Balls with Spinach & Kale! These frozen veggie balls are easy to prepare but delicious to eat.

Though they come frozen, they contain natural ingredients and absolutely no artificial flavourings or preservatives. They are also completely free from allergens!

Goodlife’s veggie balls can be a savoury snack or served as your main course. A serving of four oven-baked balls already contains about 10 grams of protein! They’re also wonderful when topped in pasta dishes or just accompanied with a tomato sauce.

If you’re pressed for time, these don’t require much prep at all. Just pop them in the oven and roast some potatoes to go along with them. Now you’ve got yourself a hearty dinner.

Ingredients

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you prepare Goodlife Vegetable Protein Balls with Spinach & Kale?

They can be cooked even in their frozen state - no need to thaw them out. Preheat your oven to these settings: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Place the veggie balls onto a non-stick baking tray in the centre of the oven for 12-13 minutes. Make sure to turn them once.

Once you thaw these veggie balls, do not refreeze them again.
